This notice concerns personal data collected via esinozlematmis.com, website contact forms and digital communications by Dr. Esin Özlem Atmış. Clinical examinations, health records and medical treatment may be governed by separate privacy notices and requirements.

2. What information is collected

5. International data transfers

Using third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or YouTube may involve processing on servers outside Türkiye. The actual hosting and email arrangements, transfers and applicable legal mechanisms will be confirmed during legal review.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only for appropriate purposes subject to applicable retention and deletion duties. Retention approach and periods pending confirmation: Enquiries may be retained for the period needed to respond and satisfy applicable record-keeping duties; technical logs may be held for operational and security needs.
